Take time out of your busy, overwhelming day. Sit down and mediate and pray. Think about what St. Pio is telling us. What is important to you. We can all become entrapped in this rat race we live in, running around, stressed out, on edge. Snapping at the smallest incident that happens. As Saint Pio states in the above quote, "it is by violence that we must leave it." We create an environment in which we push loved ones away, fight, argue, get sick, have a heart attack! Why?

Sit back, relax. Think what means more. Enjoy that beautiful day, smell the flowers and fresh cut grass. Go look at the ocean, watch your children play ball. Nature in all it's glory. All beautiful, relaxing things, given to us by God. Things to sit and contemplate on. Think of the beautiful things God has given us and done for us. Think deeply about them. Mediate on the beautiful works God has created for us. Sit and pray. Pray and thank God for all He has given us. Thank him for His love and as St. Pio has said to us and one of his most memorable quotes:

                                                       "Pray, hope and don't worry. "
